This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the QQASIA platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By creating an account, you agree to all the terms stated herein.
Six key things every member should understand before using the platform
Welcome to QQASIA. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and QQASIA ("we", "the platform") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the QQASIA brand.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the qqasia platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the qqasia platform immediately.
These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and QQASIA.
The current version of these Terms takes effect on 1 January 2026 and was last updated on 15 June 2026. qqasia will notify members of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use qqasia's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
Each individual is limited to one (1) QQASIA account only. This includes a prohibition on registering using another person's name, phone number, email address, or payment details. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation, and all associated accounts may be closed without any refund of remaining balances.
QQASIA reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM2,000. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID, bank statement, or proof of residential address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Using the qqasia platform to register on behalf of another person, providing misleading information, or attempting to circumvent the identity verification process are serious violations that may result in legal action.
You are solely responsible for keeping your QQASIA account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered phone number.
Qqasia will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a member's own disclosure of their password. However, if you report unauthorised access within a reasonable timeframe, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including freezing the account as a protective measure.
Qqasia supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account balance for use in games.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the member's own name. qqasia does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source will be returned, and the account in question may be subject to investigation.
Qqasia does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges depending on your service plan. Please check with your payment provider for more details.
Qqasia is committed to processing every withdrawal request promptly and transparently. Your winnings are yours, and we respect that fully.
Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. FPX withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Cases requiring additional review may take longer.
QQASIA reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if there are signs of suspicious activity, a breach of these Terms, or if identity verification has not been completed. In such cases, our team will contact you via your registered phone number for further information.
Qqasia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.
The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit at QQASIA only. Each individual is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts opened — which is the primary reason we do not permit multiple account ownership.

All game outcomes are final and not subject to appeal, except where there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure. QQASIA retains full logs of all rounds and hands for audit and dispute resolution purposes.
Each table and game has clearly displayed minimum and maximum bet limits before you join. QQASIA reserves the right to adjust betting limits on any game without prior notice — the current limits displayed within the game shall apply.
In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, QQASIA will handle the situation as follows: if the game outcome has already been recorded by the system, that result stands as valid and final. If the disruption occurs before the outcome is recorded, the affected bet will be fully refunded to the member's account balance.
QQASIA provides a Sports Betting platform covering a wide range of sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and more), cricket (T20, ODI, and international Test Matches), and other sports listed from time to time.
Odds displayed are in real time and may change before your bet is confirmed. Bets are confirmed at the odds applicable at the time of confirmation, not the odds shown at the time of selection. Where odds change significantly, QQASIA may offer the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
If a match is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or not played on its scheduled date, all related bets will be fully refunded to the account balance. Bets placed on completed portions of a match (for example, a half that has already been played) will be settled according to the actual result of that portion.
In-play bets are subject to strict time limits. QQASIA reserves the right to void or cancel any in-play bet found to have been placed after the actual outcome was determined but before the system updated the result — this is known as "late betting" and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
To keep the QQASIA platform safe and fair for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
Qqasia cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating fraudulent or illegal activity on our platform. Account information and transaction records may be shared with authorities upon their lawful request.
Qqasia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities.
Members may close their qqasia account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in the usual manner. Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.
In the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms, QQASIA reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation finds no fraudulent activity, the net balance (after deducting any ineligible bonuses) will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Members who wish to take a break from the QQASIA platform can activate self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. During an active self-exclusion period, you will not be able to make deposits or access any games. This is a responsible gaming tool, and QQASIA encourages its use whenever needed.
The QQASIA platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver a smooth and uninterrupted experience, QQASIA does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from downtime, bugs, or technical errors.

In all circumstances, QQASIA's maximum liability to any member over any consecutive twelve (12) month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member during the same period.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QQASIA with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written.
In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and any other language version of this document, the Malay version shall prevail. Section headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the content.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, where that is not possible, severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
